By accessing or using MetaShark® Resume — including signing up for an account via the login or registration screens at resume.app.metashark.io — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
MetaShark® Resume is an AI-powered job-search service that uses Claude (by Anthropic) to produce tailored, ATS-optimized resumes and related job-search tools based on input you provide. The service is provided through a web application that requires account registration.

If you enable email job alerts, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any alert email or by turning off alerts in your account settings. We also collect usage analytics to understand how the service is used and improve it over time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may sign up at resume.app.metashark.io.
You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your information up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
MetaShark® Resume offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan. "AI requests" include resume generations, revisions, and other AI-powered actions such as interview prep and application answers:
Prices may change with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
The Pro plan is billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renews automatically each month until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method for each renewal at the then-current price.
All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused AI requests, downgrades, or for periods in which you did not use the service. The free tier (20 AI requests at no cost) is provided so you can evaluate the service before purchasing a paid plan.
You may cancel at any time through the billing portal within the app (accessible after signing in at resume.app.metashark.io). When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you retain Pro access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for; we do not prorate or refund the remainder of that period.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence.
You retain ownership of the profile information and job descriptions you submit. By submitting content, you grant MetaShark® a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit does not infringe on third-party rights or violate applicable laws.

Resumes and revisions are generated by Claude, an AI model developed by Anthropic. While we strive for high-quality output, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or stylistic choices you disagree with. You should review all AI-generated content before submitting it to employers. MetaShark® is not liable for outcomes arising from the use of generated resumes.
The MetaShark® Resume service, brand, and codebase are the property of MetaShark. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the service without explicit written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your stored resumes and data will be removed from our systems in accordance with our data retention policy.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that resumes generated will result in job offers or interviews.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetaShark's liability for any claim arising out of use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months prior to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, FL, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
