By accessing or using MetaShark Resume — including signing up for an account via the login or registration screens at resume.app.metashark.io — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
MetaShark Resume is an AI-powered resume generation service that uses Claude (by Anthropic) to produce tailored, ATS-optimized resumes based on input you provide. The service is provided through a web application that requires account registration.

You must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may sign up at resume.app.metashark.io.
You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your information up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
MetaShark Resume offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan:
Prices may change with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You retain ownership of the profile information and job descriptions you submit. By submitting content, you grant MetaShark a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit does not infringe on third-party rights or violate applicable laws.

Resumes and revisions are generated by Claude, an AI model developed by Anthropic. While we strive for high-quality output, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or stylistic choices you disagree with. You should review all AI-generated content before submitting it to employers. MetaShark is not liable for outcomes arising from the use of generated resumes.
The MetaShark Resume service, brand, and codebase are the property of MetaShark. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the service without explicit written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your stored resumes and data will be removed from our systems in accordance with our data retention policy.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that resumes generated will result in job offers or interviews.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetaShark's liability for any claim arising out of use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months prior to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
